Rent for the Villa
The luxury villa can be rented as a whole fully equipped described on
our web site; the garden, the heated pool and the sauna are reserved exclusively
to the guests staying at the villa. In addition by Borgo Casa al Vento
at only 200 meters away more services will be available as restaurant,
fishing lake and tennis court.
Filling out the booking form you will shortly receive availabilities and
rates from a minimum 3.000,00 euro a week.
The prices include:
- - All utilities andl linen, towels,shampoo, soap,hairdryer
- Cooking facilities, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher,tosterr.
- Furnished sun terace and gardener
- Made service
- Changed twice a week of linen and towels
- - Heated swimming pool

- Air conditioning and heating with individual climate control
- Use of private heated pool and sauna with daily cleaning
- Wood for fireplace and barbeque
- Satellite TV,CD player, radio
- Tennis, fishing in our lake
