Rent for the Villa
The luxury villa can be rented in its entirety, fully equipped as described on
these pages; the garden, the heated pool and the sauna are reserved exclusively
for the guests staying at the villa. In addition Borgo Casa al Vento
is only 200 meters away where more services are available (restaurant,
fishing lake and tennis court, etc.).
By filling out the
booking form you will receive availabilities and
rates (from a minimum 3,000.00 Euro a week).
The prices include:
- - All utilities andl linen, towels, shampoo, soap,hairdryer
- Cooking facilities, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster.
- Furnished sun terrace and garden
- Made service
- Changed twice a week of linen and towels
- - Heated swimming pool
- Sauna
- Room service
- Air conditioning and heating with individual climate control
- Use of private heated pool and sauna with daily cleaning
- Wood for fireplace and barbeque
- Satellite TV, CD player, radio
- Tennis, fishing in our lake
Price of suplementary services:

- Dinner Euro 40 per person
- Extra made service Euro 20 per hour
