CANCELLATION FEE : - I have taken note that:

  1. If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 50 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
  2. If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between within 50 - 30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
  3. If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between within 30 - 10 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount will be applied.
  4. If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 10 - 0 days before the staying, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the entire amount.
  5. If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail, or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
